Effect of Bruegger’s relief exercise on forward head posture among electronic gadget users

Abstract
A 22-year-old young who presented at DHQ with neck pain that started six week ago. The patient had history of neck pain with mobile phone usage for more than six hours a day. On examination, decrease in cervical range of motion (CROM) , neck functions and craniovertebral angle (CVA) was <52°. He was treated by BRE and shows improvement in Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Neck Disability Index (NDI), CROM and CVA. The treatment protocol was for 3 weeks (5 /week) and 4 sets of 12 repetitions in each session.
