Prenatal Obsession Compulsion Scale (POCS) along with demographic sheet was administered to 352 pregnant women, selected by using purposive sampling technique. Pregnant women having prenatal obsessive-compulsive disorder were screened out of 352 and it was found that 203 women exhibited obsessive compulsive symptoms. Patient Expectations and Satisfaction with Prenatal Care (PESPC) instrument was translated from English to Urdu language by forward-backward translation method. On 203 screened pregnant women, research instruments PESPC and SWEMWBS were administered along with re-administration of pOCS.

Prenatal obsessive compulsive disorder (R²= .576, F (1,201) = 272.9, p<0.001) and perceived antenatal care (R²= .898, F (1,201) = 1772.1, p<0.001) were significant predictors of maternal well-being.
