Abstract
Necrolytic migratory erythema is a pathognomonic cutaneous presentation associated with glucagonoma and pseudoglucagonoma syndromes. Both conditions are very rare, take a long time before diagnosis is established. Here, we report a case of 36-years-old female who presented with uncontrolled diabetes, necrolytic migratory erythema and weight loss. Her glucagon level was normal and Computed Tomography scan of abdomen showed atrophic pancreas. She was diagnosed with pseudoglucagonoma syndrome secondary to chronic pancreatitis.

Key words: Necrolytic migratory erythema, glucagonoma syndrome, pseudoglucagonoma syndrome, chronic pancreatitis.
