Abstract
Objective: To determine correlation of conventional risk factors and coronary angiography findings in our local setup.
Methodology: It was hospital based retrospective, descriptive, cross sectional study. Patients who presented to catheterization laboratory cardiology unit, Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar for coronary angiography were assessed for angiography findings and the presence of conventional risk factors.
Results: Study included 353 patients. Mean age was 53.48±10.02 years. 243(68.8%) patients were male. Normal coronary arteries were noted in 16% angiographies. Single Vessel Disease, Double Vessel Disease and Triple Vessel Disease were present in 21.6%, 19.1% and 29.9% patients, respectively. Left main stem disease was present in 13.4% patients. Among patients with Single Vessel Disease, 6 had no risk factors and 8 patients had four or more risk factors. On the other hand, among patients with Triple Vessel Disease, 2 patients had no risk factors and 29 patients had four or more risk factors.
Conclusion: Left Anterior Descending Artery was the most common vessel involved in Coronary Artery Disease and multiple risk factors suggest the possibility of multi vessel disease on coronary angiography in our population.

Key words: CAD, coronary angiography, Conventional risk factors.
